At Oscar Fragrances, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to ensure the authenticity and quality of every fragrance we offer. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made on oscarfragrances.co.za.


1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.


2. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will gladly:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or

  • Provide a refund if the item is no longer available.

To process the replacement or refund, please send:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product

  • Your order number and full name


3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).


4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item—such as choosing a different fragrance—the following conditions apply:

  • The item must be unopened and unused.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • You are responsible for return shipping fees and any price differences between products.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or tested perfume bottles

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items (unless defective)


6. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
